Does not give sizing assistance

I was hoping that this would help me understand what size to order but it just let me know the flanges would be good for me. I had to share pictures so I was hoping for a bit more assistance. Now I’m not sure I will purchase because I am not confident in the size to order.

I did the flange assessment, sent in the photos and everything. Almost three weeks ago, and have not heard back yet. It says I should head back within a couple of days.
